Subscription Options

Gallery Lock Monthly & Yearly Premium Subscription

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The length of auto-renew subscriptions is one month or one year.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, indicating the cost of the renewal.
• Subscription prices are as follows: one month - $3.99 USD and one year - $9.99 USD.
• Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be disabled by accessing Account Settings after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it will be forfeited upon subscribing to a paid plan.

• To quickly change your PIN, navigate to the Settings tab and click on Change Password.

Q: Can I recover my pictures if I reinstall the app?

A: You can recover your files using the same account if you have enabled backup and uploaded your data to the cloud. However, locally stored files cannot be recovered after uninstalling the app.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: If you forget your password, you can easily recover it by providing your registered email ID. Simply click on the "Forgot password" option located at the top right corner of the lock pad.
